El 28 de desembre de 2022 es publique el nou RD 1055/2022 d’envasos i residus d’envasos. Aquest reial decret té per objecte establir el règim jurídic aplicable als envasos i residus d’envasos amb la finalitat de previndre i reduir el seu impacte en el medi ambient al llarg de tot el seu cicle de vida.
A tal fi, es pretén analitzar les noves obligacions per a les empreses derivades d’aquest nou RD, com l’increment de la Responsabilitat Ampliada del Productor (RAP), nou Registre de Productors de Producte i mesures per als comerços minoristes.
