OBJECTIUS

La publicació de la Llei 7/2022 de Residus i Sòls Contaminats per a una Economia Circular el mes d’abril passat, la Llei 5/2022, de 29 de novembre, de la Generalitat, de residus i sòls contaminats per al foment de l’economia circular a la Comunitat Valenciana i el Reial decret 1055/2022, de 27 de desembre, d’envasos i residus d’envasos estableixen noves obligacions en la gestió de residus per als comerços. Això, fa que els comerços desconeguen en gran manera tant les obligacions en matèria de gestió de residus, com les millors pràctiques de reutilització i reciclatge.

En el taller es farà una anàlisi de les obligacions per als establiments comercials i es donaran pautes per a la minimització i millor gestió dels residus generats en els comerços.
