QUAN I COM ES VOTA

A l’hora de realitzar la votació caldrà tindre en compte:

  • Les persones naturals o jurídiques que exercisquen activitats corresponents a diversos grups del cens, tenen dret a sufragi actiu en cadascun d’aquests.
  • En aquells grups que estiguen dividits en diferents subgrups, l’elector podrà emetre tants vots com subgrups tinga el grup.
  • Quan una empresa estiga inclosa en el grup 9 “Exportació”, haurà de triar entre votar en aquest grup o en la resta grups que corresponga, ja que resulten incompatibles per duplicitats de IAEs  (Veure Annex Grups Electorals).
  • Quan el nombre de candidats o candidates proclamats per un grup o subgrup resulte igual al de membres a triar, la seua proclamació equivaldrà a la elecció i aquesta no s’efectuarà.


El dret de vot es pot exercir de dues formes:


  • VOT ELECTRÒNIC: La votació per mitjans electrònics serà prèvia a la presencial, podent iniciar-se amb un màxim de 15 dies naturals d’antelació i finalitzant amb una antelació mínima de 3 dies naturals respecte al dia establit per a la votació presencial. Cambra València habilitarà un espai ben identificat i de fàcil accés en el seu portal web, per a poder accedir a la plataforma de vot electrònic. El vot electrònic s’exercirà mitjançant certificat digital d’empresa. s’inclouen els certificats reconeguts per les Cambres: Camerfirma, FNMTy ACCV.
    • Termini: De el 20 de abril de 2022, a les 8.00 hores, a el 1 de maig de 2022, a les 23.59 hores.
    • Lloc: https://*voter-*ccval.*secured.vote/València
  • VOT PRESENCIAL: Les eleccions se celebren en un sol dia.
    • Data: 5 de maig de 2022
    • Lloc: Seu Central de la Cambra de València c/Poeta Querol, 15
    • Horari: De 9.00 a les 19.00 hores ininterrompudament. 

La persona electora que haja exercit el vot electrònic no podrà votar posteriorment de manera presencial.
