CUÁNDO Y CÓMO SE VOTA

A la hora de realizar la votación habrá que tener en cuenta:

  • Las personas naturales o jurídicas que ejerzan actividades correspondientes a varios grupos del censo, tienen derecho a sufragio activo en cada uno de los mismos.
  • En aquellos grupos que estén divididos en distintos subgrupos, el elector podrá emitir tantos votos como subgrupos tenga el grupo.
  • Cuando una empresa esté incluida en el grupo 9 “Exportación”, deberá elegir entre votar en este grupo o en el resto grupos que corresponda, ya que resultan incompatibles por duplicidades de IAEs  (Ver Anexo Grupos Electorales).
  • Cuando el número de candidatos o candidatas proclamados por un grupo o subgrupo resulte igual al de miembros a elegir, su proclamación equivaldrá a la elección y ésta no se efectuará.
 
El derecho de voto se puede ejercer de dos formas:
  • VOTO ELECTRÓNICO: La votación por medios electrónicos será previa a la presencial, pudiendo iniciarse con un máximo de 15 días naturales de antelación y finalizando con una antelación mínima de 3 días naturales con respecto al día establecido para la votación presencial. Cámara Valencia habilitará un espacio bien identificado y de fácil acceso en su portal web, para poder acceder a la plataforma de voto electrónico. El voto electrónico se ejercerá mediante certificado digital de empresa. se incluyen los certificados reconocidos por las Cámaras: Camerfirma, FNMTy ACCV.
  • VOTO PRESENCIAL: Las elecciones se celebran en un solo día.
    • Fecha: 5 de mayo de 2022
    • Lugar: Sede Central de la Cámara de Valencia c/Poeta Querol, 15
    • Horario: De 9:00 a las 19:00 horas ininterrumpidamente. 
 
La persona electora que haya ejercido el voto electrónico no podrá votar posteriormente de forma presencial.
